About Us
Mission
"Reaching Personal 'Success' one 'Achievement' at a Time"
Belief
N'Spired By Achievement (NBA) Family Services & Solutions, LLC., believes that every individual, child, and family has the ability to be successful in whatever environment they are in. Often times it's the tools necessary to navigate within that environment that are missing.
Families require structure to work as a cohesive unit and when that structure is violated, the family becomes dysfunctional. NBA Services & Solutions is dedicated to assisting the family in bringing back that structure and equip the individuals, children and family with the tools necessary to regain that functionality.
NBA Services & Solutions believes that "Family" includes different networks of support (i.e., neighbors, teachers, coaches, mentors, etc.). "It takes a village" is a motto that NBA Services & Solutions promotes.
Vision
NBA Services & Solutions, LLC., believes that providing individuals, children, and families with the tools necessary to be successful within their personal lives by:
-
showing them that each small achievement builds towards greater accomplishments;
-
focusing on the positive achievements in life;
-
refocusing attention to the areas in life that require some restructuring; and
-
providing the encouragement needed to make those necessary changes.
The Team

Granville T. Freeman III,
LPC, CPCS, BC-TMH, CAMS II
He has been working in the field of social services and mental health services for approximately 8 years, and worked in the nonprofit arena providing youth enrichment and development services for more than 15 years. His passion to provide the youth of today with the tools needed to be positive and productive adults tomorrow continues to motivate him to do what he has been called to do.
Freeman holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from Kansas State University, a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University, and several certifications. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), a Board Certified Tele-Mental Health practitioner (BC-TMH), Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor (CPCS) and a Certified Anger Management Specialist (CAMS II). Teaching, training, and mentoring young minds is the only way he feels one can truly be successful in life, and with his certifications and degrees, he is closer to that goal.
With an understanding of the nonprofit industry, along with an ever growing strength in the counseling field, these two understandings marry to form a union that is stronger and more determined to make a mark on this world, one young person/family at a time.
His belief is that once we as a society begin to understand that it has always taken a village to truly provide for our youth, we will once again do just that . . . "provide"!

Jessica Packman,
MSW, LCSW
My life's work has been with children and adolescents; I connect with clients and use evidence-based practices, talk therapy, and play therapy to support changing behavior and coping. I also collaborate with families to determine how best to work with their child.
Furthermore, I specialize in working with young adults, supporting adjustment to life after significant change or trauma. This might include grief counseling (including clients facing acute and chronic illness), or addressing depression and anxiety. With all my clients, I support their inherent strength as they create the life they want.
I have worked in many environments including public and private schools and hospitals, which has provided me with a unique understanding of how behavior impacts clients across settings and ages.
